Shopping and Shipping policy
HOW TO ORDER
To place an order on Court Sports Network, simply browse our products, select the desired quantity, and add them to your cart. Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order. You can edit your cart until you confirm the order.
PROCESSING TIME AND TRACKING
Upon successful order placement, you’ll receive a confirmation page with your order number. Additionally, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent shortly after. If you don’t receive the email within 48 hours, please contact us for assistance. You can track your order using the provided tracking number.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
We process all orders within 24 hours. Delivery time will depend on the shipping option you chose at checkout. Please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on location and external factors.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
To provide the fastest possible shipping time, your order may be split into multiple shipments. This ensures that items reach you as quickly as possible, even if they are dispatched from different locations.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Court Sports Network is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
ORDER INFORMATION ACCURACY
Court Sports Network strives to ensure product and pricing information on the website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if inaccuracies are found. Prices are listed in US Dollars. We may offer promotions on shipping and products, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel these promotions, update product information, adjust prices, and change shipping fees at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If we make changes to or cancel your order, we’ll attempt to notify you via email or phone number provided at checkout.
PAYMENT AND BILLING INFORMATION
By placing an order on Court Sports Network, you warrant that all information provided is true and accurate, including credit card details and billing address. You also confirm that any submitted credit card transactions are authorized and that you are the legal holder of the payment method used.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Court Sports Network partners with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order. The choice of carrier depends on the size and destination of the shipment.
HOLIDAY AND PEAK SEASON SHIPPING
During holidays and peak seasons, please allow for additional processing and shipping time due to the high volume of orders.
ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Important: Unfortunately, we are not able to update order items, shipping addresses, or cancel orders after they have been placed. All orders are immediately imported by our shipping provider who immediately begins work on shipping them as quickly as possible. Due to this streamlined process, it is simply impossible for us to stop or make any changes to the shipment once an order is confirmed.
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, you need to comply with the following criteria:
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following are exempt from refunds:
• Gift cards
PARTIAL REFUNDS ARE GRANTED (IF APPLICABLE)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@navio.tv and send your item to: (Relevant Address).
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@navio.tv
REFUND AND/OR EXCHAGE SHIPPING
Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address 9800 Wilshire Blvd. Beverly Hills, CA 90212. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
